Happy Friday Quilting Friends! First I want to thank all of you who shared your thoughts on naming this quilt. It's unanimous, she will officially be named A Podunk Picnic. You all know me well and have chosen the perfect quilt name.
Hello Happy Quilters! The sun is shining here in Podunk. Maybe not outside but inside it's sunny and 70 degrees. The On Ringo Lake quilt top has been finished for a couple of days. My brightly color version of Bonnie Hunters quilt pattern called On Ringo Lake is singing to me....

Many of you, like me, might be considering finishing up some UFO's and planning for new quilt-a-longs. There's a couple quilt-a-longs I've been thinking about joining but nothing is set in stone. Right now I'm working on a 3 year old mystery quilt called On Ringo Lake by Bonnie Hunter. Bonnie's patterns are great for scrap busting but I usually cut mine from scraps, fat ...
